The Challenge

The customer had been experiencing water ingress around the chimney due to perished mortar, allowing rainwater to penetrate the structure and cause ongoing leaks.

Our Solution

The chimney was re-flashed using 18" Code 4 lead to create a durable, weatherproof seal. The existing mortar joints were then ground out and carefully re-pointed before the chimney was re-capped, restoring both its structural integrity and resistance to the elements.
