SEI Roofing completed this new flat roof installation, creating a strong, weatherproof roofing system designed for long-term performance.

The roof structure was formed using timber joists with firring strips installed to create the required fall across the flat roof area. The structure was then fully decked using 18mm tongue-and-groove OSB boards, providing a solid and even base for the finished roof covering.

An EPDM rubber roofing membrane was then installed across the completed deck to create a durable, watertight finish. The upstands where the flat roof meets the existing property were carefully finished with leadwork, with trims installed around the roof edges to complete the system.

The result is a clean, low-maintenance flat roof with a robust EPDM covering and carefully finished perimeter and abutment details.
