SEI Roofing completed this garage extension project in Burton on Trent, transforming an existing car port into a larger, fully enclosed garage with a high-performance EPDM rubber roof.

The Challenge

The customer wanted to remove the existing car port and extend the garage roof by a further five metres, creating a much larger, more practical garage space while ensuring the new roof would provide long-lasting weather protection.

Our Solution

The existing car port was carefully dismantled before extending the garage structure to the front of the property. The garage door was repositioned to the new front elevation, increasing the overall garage length to approximately 16 metres.

To ensure the new roof was structurally sound, it was strengthened and fully boarded before installing a high-quality EPDM rubber membrane. Matching edge trims were fitted to provide a neat, professional finish and excellent weather resistance.
