SEI Roofing recently completed a full re-roof and dormer renovation at a property on Welford Rise, Burton upon Trent.
The existing roof had reached the end of its serviceable life, and the dormer roof also required extensive refurbishment. Our team stripped the roof back to the rafters before rebuilding the roofing system with modern materials, improving both weather protection and the overall appearance of the property.
A project of this scale required more than simply replacing roof tiles. The existing roof coverings were removed back to the roof structure, allowing the installation of a completely new roofing system. The dormer roof also required rebuilding, including new decking, waterproofing and replacement fascias to provide a durable, low-maintenance finish.
Our team completed:
The property now benefits from a completely renewed roofing system, providing long-term weather protection, improved ventilation and a modern, low-maintenance finish.
The renovated dormer has been transformed with new cladding, fascias and a durable EPDM flat roof, complementing the newly tiled pitched roof and significantly improving the appearance of the home.
