Grade 2 Listed Building - SLATE ROOF

Location: Coton in the Clay, Ashbourne, Derby

The customer had numerous leaks and perished felt along the eaves.

The slates were stripped back to expose the valley, new valley boards had to be inset between rafters for the new lead valley to sit flush. New felt (1f) and lath was laid, 15 inch code 4 lead was dressed into the valley before roof was re-slated with reclaimed welsh slate. Back To List
