The customer had the same repeated problems and wanted a long term fix. The previous repair jobs had failed due to the area having limited access due to a pitched roof in the centre of the extension and a parapet wall.

The mineral felt had been scrubbed moss free and all dirt/dust removed, leaving a clean surface. The area had been primed before applying a basecoat layer of Silka.

After 24 hours a further coat was applied on top of a fibre glass matting Finishing with a top coat.  Back To List
